RULES & REGULATIONS FOR ADMISSION

1.Admissions to the courses offered by Swami Vivekanand Subharti University are done either through Entrance Examination [UPCAT-BDS, UPCAT- MDS, UPCMET- MBBS, UPPGMET-MD, MS, Subharti University Entrance Test (SUET)] or on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination, spot test and interview. 2. If seats remain vacant after the Entrance Examination in any course and students are not available in the waiting list made on the basis of marks obtained in the Entrance Examination, admissions will be made from another list compiled considering the marks obtained in the qualifying examination, spot test and interview conducted by the University.

A notification will be issued in newspapers and will also be posted at the website of the University regarding the date of spot test and interview along with other relevant details related to the examination. The applicant will be required to go to the specified place on specified date along with all the original certificates and fee of the course, to be deposited then and there, if selected.

3. General Rules of Admission :
• Admissions are offered by Swami Vivekanand Subharti University to the following categories of students :
(a) General Category - Indian Nationals
(b) NRI / Foreign National Category - Foreign Nationals, NRIs and Indian Nationals sponsored by NRIs - as per policy of the Government.
• In all admissions, whether through any Entrance Test or on the basis of merit, reservation policy for students of SC/ST/OBC categories (as per law) of that time and other eligibility criteria fixed by the University will apply. A student is required to have attained 17 years of age by 31st Dec. of the year of admission in all graduation courses after 10+2.
• The form annexed to this brochure is for students, applying for merit based admissions or SNET. Students appearing in various other entrance exams will have to fill the form prescribed for them separately.
• Subharti University reserves the right to change the curriculum, course structure and the rules relating to admissions, examinations, fee structure and  refunds, and Scholarships  etc.  
Updates, if any, will be notified on the University website and no individual communication will be sent to the candidates. All differences and disputes arising in the interpretation and implementation of any section in this Prospectus will be referred to the Vice Chancellor and his decision shall be final and binding.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the University shall be referred to and finally resolved by the Allahabad High Court, Allahabad, U.P. only.
• Fee deposited for any course shall not be refunded. However, if the student gets a seat in some other course run by the University within the time schedule for admissions, full or a part of fee may be transferred to that course as per the policy of the University.
• Admissions are open for Indian/Foreign Nationals and NRIs. Students who have passed the qualifying examination from outside the country will have to produce the equivalence certificate from the Association of  Indian Universities. Any other condition laid down by the Central Govt. shall also be followed.

  • Students Celebrate “Teachers Day” by showing the documentaries prepared by their own on 5th Sept 2016
  • Radio in India Presentation By MJMC Final Year Students on 30th August 2016. The students presented the development and importance of radio.
  • Independence Day Celebration On 13th August 2016 students of SIJMC celebrated the Independence day and presented a cultural programme.
  • Orientation Programme On 3rd August 2016 classes for ODD Semester 2016 was started. The new students are welcomed classes are commenced as per the time table.
